Very responsive to information request including rates, liability and damage insurance. 2 gentlemen arrived on time and very quickly and efficiently move my piano. The person receiving the piano reported the same care and efficiency. Highly recommend!

Awesome service! Called a couple weeks ago asking them to go to VA Beach, pick up a family heirloom baby grand piano and move it into my home in Midlothian. Cory was excellent in providing a fair estimate. On the day of the move, Kyle and his team kept us informed at both locations, stuck to timeframes, were quick but careful, professional, friendly and respectful of the piano and my home. Highly recommend!

Our company hired Heroes to move our office and storage unit from Glen Allen to Shockoe Bottom this weekend. Corey and Lori were very helpful throughout the entire process from our first walkthrough of the office to assess how much truck space we’d need, getting me estimates in a timely manner, to planning flexible dates for our weekend move. Knowing how crazy traffic can be in Shockoe Bottom, Corey also took it upon himself to contact the city to register no parking signs in front of our office, and coordinated with RPD to make sure a couple of illegally parked cars were removed when we arrived. Sorry (not sorry) if that was your car, but the signs had been up for 2 days!
The actual moving team of three guys (Gary, Clinton and Kevin I believe) did a great job despite the weather in the mid-90s and an elevator that couldn’t accommodate all of our furniture. They moved our massive boardroom table up 4 flights of stairs quickly, safely and without any damage. Everyone had a great attitude throughout our 8-hour long move, all while helping disassemble, reassemble, and put our new office together in a flash.
We highly recommend Heroes as they’re professional, courteous, efficient, safe and reasonably priced. They made the moving process, something we all dread, about as effortless as possible.

We were moving locally from Chesterfield to Henrico and decided on Heroes Moving to complete the task. We are so happy that we did. Heroes was very courteous and professional from the first phone call until the final invoice was signed. The staff members we worked with were all friendly, listened to our requests, and most of all, took great care in moving our household items. Top notch company from the first phone call through the completion of the move. Everyone was personable, professional and knowledgeable. They were extremely communicative throughout the process including a confirmation call from the dispatcher the day before the move to a text advising of their exact arrival time the day of the move. The two movers worked expeditiously while being very careful with all the items. I would recommend them without reservation.

I’ve had nothing but the greatest experiences and outcomes with Heroes Moving and Storage. Mr. Plemons and his crew have always been early, fast, efficient and professional. Not one piece of furniture has been scratched, dented or damaged in any way and they take special care to protect everything! I’ve watched in amazement as these guys move things with ease that I think can’t fit into a particular space. They’ve disassembled and effortlessly reassembled furnishings to get them in and out of locations and they do it with such ease your think they were the manufacturers!!! I won’t use anybody but Heroes Moving and Storage and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!

I needed help moving furniture from a storage container to my new home. The scheduling and reserving a time was very efficient and helpful. Communication was consistent to keep me informed of the crew’s time of arrival. The crew did an excellent job of asking questions and making sure they understood my expectations and requirements. Then, the crew worked very efficiently and effectively moving the furniture in, taking care not to cause any damage, and being flexible and patient with changes.
